Reimagining the relationship between Delivery apps like Doordash, Ubereats, etc and restaurants. Delivery apps require local restaurants to get an external device for every app they sign up with making it cost efficient and time consuming to check multiple tablets.

Due to failures this project would lead me to develop a love for product management and lead me to dedicate my time to learning all that is product. Which would eventually prompt me to invest in the UCLA Product Management Bootcamp for 4-5 months.

• Raised $500000 with business partner; With SQL, researched markets, competitions, & business objectives in-depth, achieved a 90% success rate in SCRUM sprints while influencing without authority
• Product increased client’s monthly restaurant website traffic by 45% from 76 to 110 visitors
• Refined 20+ stories & KPIs to be 50% more effective in completion, unblocked several succeeding features
• Successfully gained complete trust of stakeholders through frequent communication, by honestly conveying risks
of unexpected situation & uneasiness in continuing due to calculated future loss & profit
• Guided a team of 3 contract developers to build a unified API product. Failed to deliver to market due to corporate negotiations falling short. Mistakes Learned: Tried to rush too hard to market, undermined feasibility analysis
